Appointment Reminders

Appointment Reminders

VetShout! Appointment reminders are sent via email and/or text message prior to upcoming appointments to all clients who have an email address and/or cell number in your veterinarian management software (VMS). We place the power in your hands to enable you to completely customize when and how reminders go out to clients. Clients can easily confirm appointments with our one-click confirmation and your practice will be notified via email or by reviewing a report available in your VetShout! online account.

There are two types of appointment reminders: we offer an "Advanced Notification" that goes out anywhere from a week to a month before the appointment, and a "Upcoming Appointment" that can be set for delivery anywhere from 7 days to a day before the actual appointment date and time, allowing your clients sufficient time to make any changes to their appointment if needed.

All VetShout! Appointment Reminders go out via email and/or text message, containing the pets name, the appointment date and time and a convenient one click confirmation button. Your email reminder also contains a photo of you or your team (optional), and your clinic name and logo. We also provide a built in map and directions to your clinic, a refer-a-friend button to help spread the word and get you new clients, and a whole host of social media tools that will allow your clients to "like" you on Facebook and to follow your business on Twitter. On top of all this, we provide a convenient "Add To Calendar" feature for your clients for their appointments.


MyWellness

MyWellness

VetShout! automatically notifies your clients when their pet is due a check-up. Pets who have not been in your clinic for 6 months (we cross check to make sure they do not have any future appointments in your schedule) are notified that they are overdue for a checkup and encouraged to schedule an appointment. Notifications can be delivered via e-mail and/or text message.

All VetShout! Check-Up Reminders go out via email and/or text message, containing the pets name and a "Request An Appointment" button to allow your client to notify you they wish to make an appointment. Your email reminder contains a photo of you, your clinic name and logo. My12Months

VetShout! reactivates pets that your office has not seen for twelve months or more. We cross check to determine if any records belong to clients that you no longer wish to see (Moved from the area, outstanding accounts etc), we then deliver customized reminders to your clients to notify them that it has been 12 months since their pet was last seen by your clinic.

MySurveys

VetShout! strives to help you to improve client satisfaction and increase referrals by allowing customers to provide important feedback about a recent visit. Choose from our standard survey questions or create your own customized survey. Clients will automatically receive an email survey 3 days after an appointment and the results will be emailed to your clinic, and will also be available in your online VetShout! account where they will then be posted to your online MySite page for prospective new clients to view. All surveys are submitted anonymously unless a client chooses to enter their information in order to request a follow-up email or call.
