I love everything about Bellson. When I had my dog Rudy...Dr. Clinebell took care of him. He got sick and I had to have him put down. Dr. Clinebell really helped me through it. Now I have Tink...Dr. Harlin was amazing to work with on his first visit. Lifelong customer here!

Very good experience. Friendly staff, good at reminding me of my appointment and things to do prior to appointment. Most impressed with the veterinarian’s followup after my lpet’s procedures were completed. Thoroughly explained what was done and followup procedures. Answered all of my questions. Gave me quality time.

Staff made sure my senior cat was able to have surgery and provided me with as much information as possible to ease my worries. Dr. Clinebell gave me details of the surgery, possible issues and next steps. I thank you all so much for taking care of my kitto. Love you guys :)

I appreciate that the doctor didn't seem to be bothered by my nervous dog. She simply took him to another room away from me to help to try to calm him down. The doctor was very thorough and answered all of my questions plus provided more. She wasn't pushy, but did get to the point. I also appreciate the extended discount for Lego's dental work that will be done on April 1. I spent a ton of money there for his yearly visit so I appreciate any discount to help cover the cost to keep him health

Bree has been so great to work with! We have had to have procedures done on both of our Frenchies and were so concerned about the anesthesia. She told me everything they do for brachycephalic dogs and made me feel comfortable about them being ok during their procedures. Dr. Clinebell did a wonderful nose job on our Frenchie who's nares were almost completely closed! Thanks again for taking such good care of our boys!

This was our first visit for my Puppy and I. Everything was great from the check in to the vet tech who explained everything and answered lots of questions to Dr. Clinebell who patiently answered all my questions. Very satisfied with the team and the level of care.

I love the professionalism, the sincere care for my pet and the depth of knowledge that the vets clearly have but don't flaunt. I have been with this vet since they opened. They are top drawer, direct, open and honest. They know when to refer you to a specialist and do not hesitate to do so. I expect the best from them and get it. We lived out of the area for a decade and could find no service to compare. In fact my Weim died because the vet missed Ehrlichia.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, and thorough with all of my dog kids. The doctor takes time to listen and explain issues and treatments needed; i.e. recurrent ear infections, anxiety issues, and dental cleaning. I love both of the vets in the office and have had great experiences with them both taking care of my babies.

Your clinic has been a trusted care center for all of our animals for the last 13 years. I absolutely loved Doctor Karr and still miss her to this day. The medical staff at Bellson shows a deep love for animals and care for out loved ones with kindness and understanding. It is always appreciated.

Our two cats literally HATE riding in the car and are usually very upset when going to the vet. The staff at Bellson are caring and try to get us in a room quickly. The doctor and assistant start exams and treatment quickly and calmly. Soon we're on our way home and the cats are more at ease.

I really appreciate the time and attention given by Dr. Harlin to our cat, Stan. She was focused on solving his issue, but also committed to ruling out other possible causes. I brought in my newly adopted dog for an ear infection. Dr R did a thorough job inspecting her and giving her the all of the shots and meds that she needed. She explained everything to me and I appreciate the fact that she took the time to talk to me about my dogs health.

Our new puppy had his neutering surgery and his microchipping the other day. I wouldn't have thought of the microchipping because of some other things on my mind if the intake tech hadn't mentioned it. The doctors take their time and really do a great job assessing each of our dogs. Maisey went in for her spay and they noticed an extra tooth growing in her gums and she also had a lot of hair in her ears. They called and asked permission to extract that tooth and clip her ear hair. Their communication to us was excellent. They went above and beyond just a normal spay and we are grateful for that. She had the cleanest ears on a dog I ever saw when we got her back home! lol

Excellent diagnoses and care! I love receiving a call from the vet after each visit! Even little things, like calling my cats by their names (rather than “that cat”) is important to me. My only concern? I REALLY need boarding services and wish you would restore them. Other vets say “We board cats, but only for our clients.”. I am, and want to be YOUR client. Please consider! We have come to Bellson going on 12 years. They have taken care of all our cats and dogs. The people are kind and patient when we are stressed. Also, the doctors and staff have been with us and shared in our grief when we have to put our best friends down. We hold Bellson in our heart.

My most recent visit was to have our elderly cat suffering 4th stage kidney failure euthanized. The entire staff was kind and caring and made the process less painful. Dr. Ryerson is wonderful.

The staff is very personable and they seem to really care about the animals and their people. This paticular visit, our dog had to be euthanized. The staff was very attentive and sympathic to our feelings. They thoroughly explained the process and gave us time to grieve, privately.

Well, I definitely feel valued as a member! I have been taking my puppy here since November. From when I first called for information I immediately felt like a member and priority! Everyone is kind and very helpful. My dog had his teeth cleaned and a mass removed. I recieved all information ahead of time and the price range for the procedures. The doctor took the time to speak with me about all of the details. I also was given detailed instructions after the procedure. I love that I wasn't pressured about the teeth cleaning or the mass removal, but instead I was informed of the current situation and what could happen if we didn't do the procedure. Bellson was so helpful when I had a very ill pet last year and so helpful as I adopted 2 kittens from them last year! Been coming here for YEARS!!! Everyone is awesome. Dr Carr has helped me with my decision to give my cat insulin for her diabetes & has been very patient with me since I wasn't sure if I could do it. I am proud to say I actually gave her her injection all by myself without the help of my husband. Now I don't have to be so stressed over my decision

I loved meeting Dr Harlin. She was so fast. I usually wait for about 30 mins before my dogs exam begins...she was on time and very efficient. The whole exam took about 50 mins total. I love that! I also really like Dr Carr. They are both very thorough

I think I treat my cat more like a child than a pet. The office is always very nice and understanding. After my cat’s dental cleaning they let me bring him home right away. He gets really worked up at the vets office. I just monitored him at home and he did great. Also Dr Care called me to discuss my cats blood work findings. Thank you for being so personable and understanding.

Warm, friendly, compassionate. I have had a wonderful experience with the vet techs and the vets. One vet tech that stand out ( I don t remember names well) long brown here , family is from Hecker and went to Disney around Thanksgiving time. She was exceptionally kind. I was really tired from working long shifts, lost 2 furry family members iwithin last 7 months. Months, i tried to be brave dropping off Mr. Hobbs for dental work. She saw my tears and my heart. She took the time to care.

They are very caring and loving. We see Dr. Carr, and she is the best veterinarian I have ever been to. She cares for your pets. She has a heart of gold. The staff is also wonderful, they try to help. The tech Dani is very helpful by explaining more information about what is happening. Dani explains on my level of understanding, and answers questions that I forgot to ask Dr. Carr. We come from Freeburg, Il.

I feel Chase is in such good hands at Bellson. The entire staff is warm and welcoming and I know that when they take him back to do his nails or clean his glands he is in great and caring hands. All of the Doctors are also very helpful and caring.

Everyone is always friendly and loves to love on our cat, Casey. I feel that there is a genuine interest by the staff in helping owners to help pets live their best lives. I never feel that services or treatments are recommended that wouldn't be truly beneficial to our cat.

We love Dr.Carr she is amazing!! We also love Chelsea. It is nice to walk in to a smiling face and people that care about your dog. Dr. Carr always accommodates us if we need a last minute (have to see the Dr) kind of moment.

As always, I am deeply impressed by the caring and concern shown for my cats, whether in diagnosing and treating an illness, or -as was rhe case with Mocha yesterday- doing a wellness exam to keep her in goid health. I love that you refer to my cats by name, and recognize how important they are in my life. I've used many excellent veterinary services in the past, but Bellson sets the standard! Thank you!

We recently had to say goodbye to our sweet girl. The staff at Bellson were just great through the process. It was absolutely devastating to my husband and I. The doctors, Dr. Clinebell and Dr. Carr were so compassionate and honest about our pet's prognosis. Their love for our pets truly touched our hearts. I'm so appreciative of how the entire staff made this difficult time as comfortable as possible.

They treat my "kids" well from nails, blood tests and up to injections. They are gentle but firm enough to get the job done properly.

Bellson has always been our animal hospital. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and take time with our dogs. They are very friendly and answer questions. The office staff is efficient and very friendly. I would recommend Bellson to all animal lovers.

Your staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. With four furry children, the crew moves us in quickly, and all go out of their way to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Dr. Carr is always willing to answer any question, and explains all aspects of our visit. It is comforting to have a doctor who cares and offers her honest opinions and expertise.
