Inserting the catheter was very painful on our baby, but we understand that her veins were small. It grieved us that it hurt her but the rest of the process was painless and very quick.

Dr. Tracy saw that my cat was in a very serious situation and handled her as a top priority and was very honest with me regarding what he saw and his experience helping me make a hard decision. We unfortunately had to euthanize my fur baby and he was extremely understanding and made a difficult situation as easy as possible.

Brittany at the front desk is always so friendly and remembers me and my dog even weeks or months since our visit. The vet tech is incredibly professional and thorough, and makes me feel confident and comfortable in the care my beloved beagle receives. This is the second CCL lateral suture repair Dr. Tracy and staff have successfully performed on my dog, and I am so glad we found him for our primary vet and our dog's surgeries.

Dr Tanner Tracy kept me informed of potential causes for the lump in my Rottie's stomach as well as his best opinion of what it was. The day of surgery, he called to identify that all pre-op test indicated excellent and that surgery was a go. He called me immediately after surgery to let me know all went good and that the lump was as he expected and was removed. Great looking incision and communication from him and all staff is fantastic.

Took my pup in for a spay and everything went perfect! She is a super over active puppy and I was really worried about it. Dr. Tracy calmed me down and assured me that he has done this on much more hyper dogs than mine and she would be just fine. He always is so patient with me and takes the time to explain everything to me. The whole staff is always great - even when I'm being crazy dog mom. We are now 2 days after procedure and the incision looks healed with no signs of any problems. She

TAH offers the best care for my family critters. You walk in and are welcomed by the cat clowder...it's hilarious! The staff is top notch and really know what they're doing. This is my 2nd generation of kitties the Tracys have cared for...I wouldn't trust their care to anyone else.

You are all AMAZING! You take time for me to ask questions, even when it’s on the phone. I feel like everyone knows my pets are my babies and they will treat them as theirs. I feel like it is that way for all clients, not just me. I’ve never boarded a pet before and as nervous as I am, especially with one with such a serious injury such a short time ago, I was surprisingly calm dropping them off. I know they will be well cared for.

As usual when I entered Tracy Animal Hospital I was acknowledged with a greeting. As it was early I was the only person in the waiting room. I was told to proceed to room one. The wait wasn't long before an vet tech came and after greeting me took Cody, my dog, to the back for his shots and heartworm check. Everyone is always professional and very friendly.

I'm overall impressed with the veterinarian doctor at the clinic. He is very knowledgeable and listens to any concerns I may have about my pet. They are also very flexible when needing to schedule an appointment. My only suggestion based on my recent visit, is to hand the leash to the dog owner rather than dropping it on the floor. It certainly would show some manners and would seem more professional.

After two major surgeries on her legs my dog is nearly ready to run off leash again, something we didn’t that that we would see. Dr Tracey and the staff have been fantastic. We phoned a number of times during recovery and our concerns were dealt with in a prompt and friendly manner. We wouldn’t go anywhere for our pets veterinary care. Thank you

We had a very intensive surgery on our lab which has a long recovery time (10-12 weeks). Each member of the staff and doctor took as much time as we needed to explain everything and answer every question we had. I never felt rushed to get out the door and I was made to feel like our dog was the only patient they had that day.

They fully explain the dog’s condition prior to releasing the patient. We have used them for approximately 15 years. Generally they can dispense the medications from their office. Brought Dayse for 3 yr rabies shot & she only got 1 yr because I didn’t get notified that it was due. Usually get reminder card in the mail. I did get email after date shot was due & when I called for appt the girl said I could bring her in any time!! My Tinkerbell had TPLO surgery. On the first try she had a bad experience with anesthesia and Dr Tracy decided to wake her instead of doing the surgery (amazing that he cared about her wellbeing rather than her leg). We are one week today post op and Tinkie is doing absolutely wonderful. The incision site is barely noticeable and she has been using it from day one. I dropped off my two dogs for shots etc. and was told I would receive a phone call when my dogs were ready for pickup. However, no call came. I had to phone the clinic to find out if they were ready. "No one called you?" was the response. Since my morning time is limited before work, I would have appreciated knowing my dogs were ready before I had to call. Otherwise, it was a good visit and my dogs were treated well.

Our Rocco had knee surgery and we are very pleased with the entire process. Dr. Tracy”s made themselves available 24/7 when we brought him home. Rocco is recovering very nicely and of course his parents are full time nurses and he is enjoying all the attention.
