Nice staff but my vaccine appt took 2 houra

We absolutely love Orange Hill and the staff there! Dr. Rana is such a great vet. We trust him completely with our three dogs. He is very knowledgeable and also very conservative when it comes to procedures they may not need. His prices are very fair, and we appreciate his honesty. Ruth is absolutely amazing! The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Luckily, I have a healthy cat right now, but I bring Kedi in for nail clippings every month, and I never have to wait and everyone is wonderful.

My dog had a stroke a Sunday got me in Monday and dr Rana spent lot of time and advised me to wait for any improvement w the meds before going for any expensive tests it was urgent to get him in and the staff was v helpful in doing so I have come to him w my dog for awhile now they r friendly and caring

The visit in itself was great. I was happy to have been able to discuss everything with Dr. Rana. I was able to address my concerns and felt overall satisfied with the visit & treatment plan. My only complaint was that I made an appointment for 10:30. I didn’t get taken to the room until around 11:00 & still waiting a while. 3 other people had come in/out & were seen before me. Experience was fast and easy however I wasn't told at time of appointment that I would need exam for Nala to get heartworm preventative.

Always a good experience. I think they should ask you and make note of questions they need to ask about your pet before making the appointment and double check when is too early for some vaccinations also before booking the appointment. I was almost turned away and it is a lot of work getting my dog to the vet.

Please allow clients to enter the facility with a mask and not have to wait in their car.

The visit was successful. Both dogs (Savanna and Chanel) successfully got their teeth cleaned. Due to Covid-19 protocols, I did not speak to the veterinarian about their overall teeth condition, as I have in the past with Savanna, two years ago. The check in and check out experience was quick and efficient. However, some communication with the vet would be great customer service.

My only disappointment in your service is trying to get a grooming appt. I call to make an appointment and I'm told to call back on Friday or Saturday for the following week. When I call back, the groomer is always booked for that following week. If i cant get an appointment for grooming, I'm going to have to find a new groomer.

Hi there. During the last appointment, my husband and I were really concerned about what to do in case our dog were bitten by a rattlesnake. The answer we had was to take the dog immediately to the ER, which is good. Doing some research afterwards , we found out that there is a vaccine which helps create antibodies in the dog if something like that would happen . It would’ve been great to hear that information from the person whom my husband talked to. Except for that little detail, I can tell

I love this place but my last visit took 30 minutes too long. I took my dog for a rabies vaccination. My appointment was for 12:30, I left there at 1:30 and asked the receptionist to email me the certificate as it took over 30 minutes for a prior patient to get their rabies vaccination for their dog. There was only 1 receptionist at the front desk on a very busy Saturday.

Lily is one day post OP and is acting like nothing happened ! She is more freaked out about the Camp Pendleton bombs than she is her 2 incision sites. Dr Rana and staff did an excellent job with her and I'm very very pleased that he worked with me as far as financials go, as I'm on a budget. It should not be that only people with a lot of money can get top notch vet care. Dr Rana and staff ensures that your beloved pet is well taken care of either way!

When it comes to Vets, it comes down to who you trust. I trust Dr. Rana. For example, I had my dog in to get shots for her license. He provided a courtesy exam and said she would need her teeth cleaned. He suggested waiting until February when it’s 20 percent off. I had my dog here for several issues over the last two years. Very pleased with his work. I live in Anaheim Hills and I happily drive there.

We boarded our dog during the holidays and he seems very happy with their care. He came home and had no issues. We had boarded him at other places where upon returning, he had a hard time transitioning back to our house. With Orange Hills, he had no issue at all. And we trust the staff there to give him all the attention he needs.

Very caring and helpful. They have a non-pushy sense of urgency and seem to have average prices. Pleasant environment. I’m not a cat person, but their resident cat is very sweet and therapeutic. They offer digital coupons for first and second time visits. The first one, you’ll find on their website. I know my dog was well cared for and they didn’t push unecessary services.

I've taken my puppy here twice for his vaccinations and while everyone is friendly and attentive, I've always been left waiting in the room for over half an hour before the vet comes in to administer his shots.

Went for preop for teeth cleaning and to get a fatty cyst removed . Dr. came to check on my 10 year little old man, said his teeth look great, last cleaning was 3 yrs ago, and the cyst is ok to leave alone if not bothering him. Nice! I appreciate him not pushing the cleaning and removal of the cyst if really not needed.

Everything was great except the time I had to wait, my appt was at 1100 and I didn’t leave til almost 1. I was in for a well check for a cat and a toenail trim for my dog. I realize things happen but my next appt I’m going to request a phone call prior to my appt if you are running more than 30 minutes behind since I live across the street and could get there in 1 minute.

This was the first time leaving our Puppy over the weekend while we were away and while he had an ear infection. We came back to a very HAPPY Dog! So happy, he had trouble leaving this amazing staff and Doctor. Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of our baby.

Our family is beyond happy to have the Orange Hill Team by our fur babies side. I was so happy that I was able to get Merlin right in for treatment. He is definitely my special guy in my life and I was very concerned about him. Your office staff is just the best and so glad that we count on you for the best care. Merlin is doing great, he has become a "Purr Monster" at home and I hope we have resolved his issue. I’m so glad to have such a wonderful and professional vet staff to care for my puppy in an emergency. I have been coming here for a few years after a bad incident at a different vet and have always had great services and they always seem to treat my dogs like I treat my dogs. It can't be easy dealing with people and sick pets (family members) but it doesn't show. My pug had an eye issue that looked really serious to me, the doc said it's dry eye and prescribed some ointment, 2 weeks later his eyes are clear and bright... for a pug. Really grateful for their help and more than fair rates.

Had our lab spayde here and had the best service ever! Staff was extremely knowledgable and very caring. They followed up by a phone call to. We have been taking our labs here for a while now and aleays had a great experience.

My dog had teeth cleaning, 2 cysts removed and a fat pad removed. The Dr was so informative about all of the procedures. He spent a lot of time during the initial exam and consulting after the surgery. The technician talked to us before and after the surgery. He also called us the next day to check on him. This is our first experience with Orange Hill Vet and we are so happy. The Dr and staff are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We found our new vet!

I took both my cat and my dog to Orange Hills Vet Hospital and I was very happy with all the staff and doctor in that clinic. The place is clean and always friendly. It is also very close to where I live so I'm glad we found this place for my pet care!

Taffy appeared to be properly taken care of,however she had not eaten the food she was given about an hour before I picked her up. She probably did not like it because when I prepared her usual breakfast when we arrived home she gobbled it up . What I don't know is how many meals she might have not eaten during the three days she was in your care. Bennett Cane

We did have to wait until 5:30 pm to get Buddy's shots even though we had a 5 pm appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. But Anya was great and administered the shots and medicine in just a few minutes after we entered the private room. Also, we think your scale is off (low) by 5 lbs.

I used the MoneyMailer coupon to get my dog's teeth cleaned, with the intention of a onetime visit, since I took her elsewhere for checkups and shots. I was so impressed with Dr. Rana and staff that I'm switching vets. I was shocked by how great her teeth look after the cleaning. Great job!!

I brought King Thor, an Hercules in for a much needed bath. They both came out feeling like a million bucks. King Thor loves the deferring process, looks like he lost 10 pounds after the process.

Everything went really smooth. I arrived a little late from work to pick my dog up after his surgery. Therefore, post-surgery home instructions were given to me very quickly. It would have been great to have a print out of steps to take like not remove the cone for 10 days, until follow up appointment. I thought the cone only needed to be on him for a couple of days, etc.
