After she developed a sudden, unexplained high fever, the doctors and physician's assistants took such good care of her, answering all of my detailed questions and explaining the various procedures they wanted to perform to diagnose the issue. When I took my old Berner into Vet Set, Dr Truitt suggested several treatments we could try. I have to say. my dog is so much better. I highly recommend the Cold Laser Treatment and the acupuncture. Every member of the staff is kind, respectful, professional and caring. They fit me in when I am in immediate need of help and they never make me feel rushed once I’m there. My dog loves them all and actually gets excited when we walk in the door (I’m sure the free treats help ??). When we have a medical issue, the doctor and staff explain everything clearly and let me know exactly what to expect and how to follow up. I could not recommend them more.

The staff was so welcoming when we walked in the door. Brianna was so playful and energetic with Harper and I had never seen my dog like this at our old vet's office. Dr. Truitt was knowledgable and helpful with my concerns with Harper. I am so happy that Harper now has a great vet to go to.

Oh my gosh I don't know where to begin. I love coming to the vet set. Everyone who works there is so friendly and make it so personal( in the good way). They truly take the time and energy to make sure you and more importantly your pet is taken care of. They are so kind and handle your pet with such care. From the moment you step through the door, the staff is welcoming and kind to you and your pet. No matter how crazy nervous I feel about what’s going on with my pup, they are calm, reassuring and always make sure I know that it’s ok to be “crazy” about your pet. The thing that struck me most here was the fact that I did not feel rushed. Everybody from reception to the vet and techs were very friendly and willing to take their time in addressing questions and concerns. From the moment I walked in to set my appointment, I was greeted with a smile and amazing service. Setting up my appointment as a first timer was easy with Shannon's help. Dr. Truitt was also amazing and professional explaining everything that she was doing as well as things to look out for in the future. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Knowledgeable veterinarian who thoroughly reviewed our puppy's medical record before speaking with us. She knew some our questions before we even asked them! She was so sweet with our furbaby and she gave us lots of great advice for maintaining his health. We just moved to Brooklyn, and we are very happy with the vet we chose! We will definitely be back for our dog's wellness visits and vaccinations!

This was a house visit and the staff at every part of the journey was wonderful. I was nervous and unprepared for how serious my cat's condition is, and yet Dr. Truitt, Alaya (sp?) and the people back at the office (Brianna, Juliette, and Shannon) were all kind, helpful, and comforting. I have no idea how well my cat will respond to the meds or what the future will bring of course, but I am so grateful they were able to help me and Lucie at this time. I was impressed with the way both Doctor and Nurse handled our kitty. He's a difficult one, doesn't like to be picked up, and can be aggressive. Dr. Taylor Truitt is kind, patient and knows what she is doing. She was able to vaccinate our cat in our home and provide certification for flying across the US. Per our request, he gave us sedatives in pill form for the long flight, but also called in a compounded prescription for us which was delivered the very next day! It worked perfectly. And
