This was my first visit to AMC. I was looking for a new Vet in the area and was recommended to try AMC. My first visit was excellent. Everyone was professional and attentive and call me with test results quickly. I'll be bring my three other cats to AMC.

During difficult times for all, I’ve tried to remain mindful and respectful of every providers protocols (I also work in a local hospital). The last vet that I had went to. Told me that Krumm has a upper respiratory infection. Which I knew wasn’t not true. Because I have 4 other cats and none of them were sick. And he was not showing any symptoms of being sick. So I did a search on care credit. And found your AMC. Boy am I happy I did. The office staff is amazing. The vet was amazing. Every interaction I’ve had with AMC has exceeded my expectations. I called the office first thing on a Monday because my puppy was feeling ill and was squeezed in the same day. Every time I had a question or needed help and called the office, everyone has been extremely helpful. It is obvious that the Drs are very knowledgeable, care about their patients, and will go above and beyond to provide the best care possible. Animal Medical Center takes very good care of my dogs. They explain everything clearly, including the cost of the visit in advance so there are no surprises. My dogs appear comfortable with everyone at the clinic. I recommend them to everyone I know who has a pet.

We have been using our Docs for many years. 2 weeks ago we had to put our 12!year old lab down. Every one down to the the day we found out he had cancer has been amazing. Never easy for them to cross the bridge but they were all so good to us. Thank you for caring for our animals like they are your own.

Everyone there is always very friendly, and i really appreciate how the doctors never try to push medications on you. My dog recently passed away, we had gotten a puppy (about 4-5 months before she passed) and my cat had started to have real behavioral problems, and they didn't try to make it seem like it was a medical thing and try to get me to put the cat on medication and told it to me straight, and just let me know he's really grieving the loss of his best friend, and that really helped our

Always very happy to help your customers I have been seeing Dr. Driscoll for 11 years and he has always showed concern for my dog Cleo. She is recovering very well from her surgery. Pulling her teeth has helped in great deal. She must had been in a lot of pain. Her fatty tumor in-secession is healing very well.

Always so careful and nice with the elderly dogs, and all of my pets. This was the easiest vet visit that Tanner has ever had. Both of the girls at the front desk were very sweet to him and really made him feel comfortable. He displayed zero separation anxiety when I dropped him off and even went willingly down the hall toward his surgery. I really appreciate how nice they were to him it made the experience much less stressful for him. Our conversation with the doctor was very clear with great recommendations that we could choose from for our pet. The staff that answered the phone was very rude and short, plus said they checked us in but never actually did. We waited 30 minutes before we could get ahold of anyone else again. However, they apologized for the mix up and got our pet right in once everything was resolved.

Crystal is the dog whisperer! My Winston has been known as a biter. He has nipped at three family members and we just decided he needed to stay away from people in order to maintain their safety and his. Crystal was the first person to ever give Winston a chance and care for him without a muzzle. We will no longer be using this AMC as our family vet. When I asked the vet tech a simple question as to why do I need to pay 80 dollars for a shot in my dogs post op .(From what I thought was covered in the 400 dollar surgery.) I get told to “leave and never come back again”. This is a business and they need to make money”.. I have never felt so attacked by a professional in my life. The tech was very thorough, wrote down notes of things I told her. She was very kind and explained things fantastic. Dr. Dasher is wonderful. I appreciate her seemingly very genuine care and concern for my fur babies. When available, she always gives options for care. I appreciate her taking the time to explain the financial differences between things.

Had an early morning appointment. Our car was the only car in the lot. Still had to wait 30 mins before any physical response. Also, had to request pet's weight to be written down. This should be standard procedure for lab work or any visit.

I love this clinic SO much for my puppy! I was so worried about getting her spayed but they were so comforting and provided so much information to us about the procedure and how to care for our puppy afterwards. She healed wonderfully. All of the vet techs are amazing as well as the doctors. I can’t recommend them enough!

Making appointments was easy.. Took my wild & sometimes crazy dog (which I know she’s a handful). But Dr Dasher was great with her. $325 is ridiculous for one exam and 3 shots. Usually a nail clip is included when i get an exam. Im pissed. I normally pay about$100 for Katie's allergy shot.the tech asked me if I wanted to get her up to date on her shots i said yes on the rabies and distemper. However, she did NOT tell me I would have to also pay for a wellness check if I got her those updated. I asked if I could also get their nails clipped. She said yes but never told me it would be $19. Our last two visits have been excellent. The personal service is the anesthesia. Everyone at the clinic knows Rufus & does their best to give him excellent care. I had a call tonite from Dr Driscoll tonite to talk about Rufus’s unusual health issues. Even with a curbside appointment due to Covid regulations, I still felt as though my dog was in the best care possible! Slightly on the pricier side but compares well with other clinics in the area. The vet was extremely thorough and informative about what my cat needed and why. She gave me options and didn't press anything on me that my cat didn't need. For the past 3 years I have been going to a clinic a bit closer to home, it is cheaper but the service is not great. They never really made me feel included in my cat's treatment because they never explained to me what was going on and what they would be doing to

The staff is very friendly, it's hard to tell who's who lately with them all looking like bandits, but I know this is just temporary. They make me feel like they care about my animals. The doctors are fabulous, I've never met a couple who are as friendly and instill a feeling of confidence when they are with my cats. They are extremely knowledgeable and thorough.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. This was my first visit to a veterinarian office in my life, and I’m very happy. Also, as a new anxious pet owner, I appreciate that you made a way to fit Niko in earlier than July as I was concerned he might have a stomach issue. I may have been overreacting initially when I made the appointment, but I felt better that you were willing to talk to me over the phone about his issue and rule out something more serious before his appointment. I love this clinic! I started taking my schnauzer puppy there two years ago and now I also bring my rescued 5 yr old beagle/hound dog. They treat my dogs very well and keep me informed on how everything's going with my dogs' health. Their medical fees are very reasonable.

At Ella’s last well check, Dr. Driscoll brought up the idea of Ella being seen outside for appointments. This past week we had a visit for her lyme booster. It was outside and went much better for her. I’ve had a foster dog for the past four months. The vet used by the foster group is a highly respected practice in Ann Arbor. But I was used to something better. It made me appreciate how amazing, caring, and efficient your team is.

Staff were extremely friendly and nice. My dog, who is normally scared of the vet, couldn’t get enough of the staff. Doctors give incredible after action information to the customer/client, not rushed just to get it out and get off the phone; very genuine concern and advise. NO price gouging; very fair cost analysis upfront letting you decide what works best for your situation. Nurses are also very nice, genuine, and keep the flow moving so appointments are met as close to the scheduled time as possible.

We love the doctors and staff. They really care about our fur babies. I had a calico cat that had been hanging around outside, so I started feeding her. When I was able to get her to come to me. She was the most loving cat I had ever seen. Brought her to the doctors to see if she was chipped. She was and the owner came right away to get her. Happy ending!! Dr Dasher is my Vet. I couldn't be happier with the care she gives my dog. The staff are all pretty great people. This should be your Vet office if you want great care for your pets. I've never had to wait past my appointment time. The place is always clean. All the people there are quite knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly.

This clinic is truly amazing and accommodates each animal. For instance, my dog gets anxiety around other dogs and instead of making us wait in the waiting room, they let us keep her in our car and called us when the room was ready. It really relieved a lot of trauma and stress for our dog! Plus everyone is so nice and knowledgeable

We wanted to take in a homeless cat that had been hanging around my dads for several months. We have kids so wanted to make sure she was healthy and clear to be a part of our family. I am so pleased with the care I have received every time I have brought one of my animals to the clinic. From sickness and surgery to an euthanasia, I have been treated as someone valued. The night I had to put my dog to sleep, Dr. Driscoll told me that I was "100% making the right decision" which eased my heart. The car I received from him afterwards stated "I know Ernie was a good boy" and he was. I wouldn't go anywhere else for the car of my babies.

Great first experience . Had two kittens spayed/ declawed/ shots. Easy and smooth process. As a new client ; it was easy to switch drs. One tiny issue: dr noticed tarter one of the kittens. She mentioned checking them when being spayed. Never heard what the findings were. There was no notation in post surgical notes. Other than that; great overall experience??

E-mails are always answered very quickly and after surgeries staff is always swift to call the next day, truly asking if our dogs are doing well. I have a very hyper dog and was worried about taking her in the waiting room with the other animals. They had an empty exam room that we were able to wait in and that helped tremendously! Honestly, I cant Express how much this vet means to me. My cat Chewbacca had to be put down at 17.5 yrs old. He was my best friend and basically my first child (got him while pregnant with my first) We went through so much together. I was lost and devastated. AMC is a unique collection of people who both love animals and are fairly skilled in their job. I like to have both when I entrust my pet for some procedure. I was able to get a next day appointment. Everyone seems to remember my dog, and they treat her very well. Dr Driscoll is always concerned about her and seems to genuinely want to treat her issues (and there are many).

We just got a new puppy and switched clinics, we love Dr. Dasher and switched vets because of her.. The clinic looks so new and inviting and everyone is so nice. I forgot the name of the young lady at the front desk (she has super cute short hair), she welcomed us and answered all of our questions. The 1st impression she made was great, I knew then our animal were in great hands. Our family looks forward to many great years at this clinic. Thank you for welcoming us to your practice.

Doctors at AMC are top notch. They know their patients and attempt to provide excellent care. I say attempt because their patients do not speak. Dr. Dasher and Driscoll are head and shoulders above any other Veterinary.

What don''t we love! The Veterinarian's, the staff, the cleanliness of the office and rooms. The veterinarian's are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely care about your pet. The staff are super helpful and friendly. So happy we found this office for our little Boston Bentley. We always leave feeling like Bentley has had the best care possible. I Love the fact that we were able to see Dr., on a short notice. I loved the way we were treated. I love that Kelsey knew us by name and last name, and we haven’t seen Kelsey more than a year or so. It’s a nicely done building, it’s top notch!!! I love the fact that Doctor took time out of his busy schedule and saw us, and didn’t make it feel like he was in a rush. I've experienced just about every aspect of care from this practice, from the vetting of a new kitten, to the care of our two dogs from puppyhood to a dignified and peaceful end for one of our very loved senior dogs (18 years old!). Each aspect was handled respectfully and professionally and I wouldn't trust anyone else with the care of our beloved pets! Thanks to Dr. Driscoll and Dr. Dasher!

I recently took my 6 month old miniature schnauzer to be spayed. Everything went well. The staff were amazing, explaining everything and answering all my questions. Recovery time for my dog went smoothly, no problems at all. I would definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family.

Dr.s Dasher and Driscoll are very caring. They take the time to explain whats going on with your pet. I've been taking my dogs to them for over 6 years. My big dog has arthritis in his joints. The Dr' s have worked with me to keep his arthritis manageable and keep him moving, virtually pain free.

My puppy is a new patient at this clinic and I was concerned about how she would do. The staff are all very passionate and caring and my puppy warmed up to them all. A few days ago I dropped her off to be spayed and picked her up later the same day. She recovered quickly, and now I have to slow her down to make sure she recuperates completely before returning to her puppy behavior. I really enjoy the people in the clinic. I also appreciate how the doctors understand that sometimes I can't afford all of the things I would love to do for my pet (i.e. clean their teeth). One of my 6 dogs recently had his teeth cleaned by Dr. Dasher. I was informed of the costs before and after by Dr Dasher. I was impressed she took the time herself to call me rather than having one of the techs call me. She never makes me feel rushed. She is also very warm and friendly to myself and my dogs. I'm so glad we were able to find this clinic to care for our dogs. Dr. Dasher and Dr Driscoll are highly recommend by us. There entire staff is excellent. Kudos to all of you.

I couldn't be happier with this vet. We went in yesterday, fully prepared to spend hundreds on any testing Dr. Driscoll ordered, but he told me it was a reverse sneeze! I have to say, I was skeptical, but after checking YouTube, he was right. Having been in rescue, I can attest that it's almost a miracle to find a caring, low-cost, honest vet, but seeing is believing here. We are patients for life.

We love everything about this animal clinic. One of our dogs is elderly and has developed a heart condion. Last Sunday I went online to schedule an appointment for her because she was coughing a lot. To my amazement, Dr. Driscol messaged me back , on a Sunday mind you, to tell me that if she got worse, to call them and they would squeeze her in before the appointment. I was shocked, I can’t even get in to see my doctor in an emergency and he would never contact me. The staff is patient and kind.

I came to AMC Van Buren because of Dr. Driscolll and he and the staff have been wonderful to our 2 15 year old Siamese kitties. They treat them with loving care like family. We love Dr. Dasher, Dr. Driscoll and their staff. The compassion and concern they all show is amazing. We know our dogs will receive the best care. It is also great how cost is always kept at the lowest possible without jeopardizing care. Having 5 dogs this is appreciated. Some vet clinics will add on services that may not be necessary just to rack up the bill. This is not the case here! I recommend Animal Medical Center whenever I can! Keep up the great work at your beautiful clinic!

New patient. Clinic was able to accommodate a short notice reschedule for our Pup, Wilson's nail trim. Clinic was clean. Wilson was apprehensive/scared about going with the tech, but she was very patient with him. He came back with his tail wagging. The lady running the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable.

I had to come to the office to put my sick kitty down. This is obviously a horrible experience and I was completely sick because of what I had to do. From the second that I walked into the office, everyone treated me so amazing. It's so hard to put into words exactly what was so tremendous about how they treated me because it is really hard to explain a feeling. I felt like they knew exactly how sad this was for me, and they really cared about my feelings. That sounds cheesy, but it's true. I

I love both of these doctors. They are genuine, caring providers. The new facility is gorgeous. I wish nothing but success for the new business.

I needed emergency care for my beloved cat, Charlie. I was greeted at door right away they took Charlie in. The great Doc, found what was the problem & quickly & with much passion got Charlie all fixed. Thank the staff & Doc for the most excellent care. Pat Gors

Dr. Dasher is a wonderful, caring, and compassionate person. She has provided excellent care for all my dogs. I have been seeing her for over 20 years and I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. I would highly recommend her.

Doctor gave me enough information to make a decision on what needed to be done to get to the answers as to my dog's problem. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I knew Dr. Driscoll from when he was at Belleville Animal Hospital. I always found him pleasant and caring. He showed great compassion when it was time for my 20 year old cat Pepper to cross over the Rainbow Bridge. I have a new kitty now, Arabella, who is 10. I was excited to learn Dr. Driscoll and his wife had opened their own practice and I decided to switch over. The staff is friendly and pleasant. The place feels "warm" for a lack of a better word. I know Arabella will get excellent care.

Able to fit my dog in at the last minute for an urgent situation. Giving lots of treatment options to choose from but not pressuring one way Of treatment vs another. Calling to follow up when you said you would. Really appreciate the care we're getting.

We greatly appreciate getting worked in when we didn't have an appointment already made. Our dog was very ill and we were extremely concerned. Treatment and prognosis was explained thoroughly.

I am new to your staff and clinic but so far I'm very pleased. I have found everyone most helpful. I really like Dr. Dasher. I have yet to meet Dr. Driscoll but with 6 dogs I'm sure I will. Dr. Driscoll performed surgery on Skeeter this past Tuesday. I trust both him and Dr. Dasher to care for my cats. I trust the entire staff, knowing that when my fur babbies are under their watchful eye they provide the best care possible.

I feel that the AMC-VB crew takes care of my dog Kallie like she was their own. The whole team knows her, babies her, and keeps me updated whenever she's there. What I really like is that it seems that all of them know what's going on with her, and I can talk to anyone and get the info I need easily. ...and they bend their schedules to work with me when it's necessary. That is VERY MUCH appreciated!

First of all, walking into your clinic, it is so calming and beautiful. The landscaping also. Then you see sweet Kelsey at the desk, she is always so pleasant. Then back to the room, cleanliness...I always notice. They Dr Dasher and her sweet smile. She always thinks things through. Is very calming and there is no doubt that she loves all animals. Dr. Driscoll is awesome also. I haven't seen him much lately though. :)

I've been seeing dr. Dasher since I do believe 1994-95 she is taking care of I do believe seven of our animals and is currently taking care of four of our animals. She is compassionate and truly loves animals I trust her to do the best thing for my little family members I also have seen dr. Driscoll although I don't know him as closely as I know dr. Dasher I've never had a negative experience with him either. The new Clinic is very friendly and I hope to be a patient for the next 20 years or mor
